Week after week I am pleasantly surprised with our new one shoulder merchandise. This is a recent trend for me. I first snubbed the trend and said "if strapless looks bad on me, then so will one shoulder." Well, week after week I saw all these beautiful women of different ages and sizes come in and try on one shoulder garments and look absolutely stunning in them. I told myself, "if they can look that radiant and confident in one shoulders, then so should I!" Well, thanks to all the many customers secret encouragement, I tried on the Karlie one shoulder top, followed by and James & Joy knit all to realize I had to have one in my closet! Carry it Through the Season

No lady can have too many bags or shoes to choose from. The fantastic thing about a bag is that you can carry it through an entire season and often times even longer before feeling the urge to purchase a new one. However, some of us who have a bag fetish, like myself, feel the need and urge to buy multiple bags to carry throughout the season. Lucky for me, here at Hemline we received a great line of affordable bags by Navoh and Nila Anthony last week! Now I can purchase a bag, or two, without the guilty feeling of spending more than I make, which we are all probably guilty of doing a time or two. I also feel relieved to finally be able to buy a couple trendy or funky bags and not talk myself out of it because it's not "versatile" enough. These bags are great accessories to any outfit, dress them up, wear them every day and most of all carry it proudly through this season, because you deserve it and they look good on you!

Football season is here, so that means we will have cooler weather.....eventually.....in the meantime, it's always good to stock up on your fall wardrobe. My Favorite Jeans....

As some of you may know, I am slightly preggo.....only 8 weeks to go (yipee!) I am truly thankful that the styles are so accommodating for pregnant women these days. Lately, I have been living in my jeggings with an oversized tee or flowy top that isn't even maternity. This is probably what I would be wearing even if I wasn't expecting! However, I will be ready to pull on my skinnies and boots when the time comes, and I know just the jeans I will be wearing......the Fidelity "Stevie" in scorpion rinse. It has a slightly higher rise (but without looking like a "mom jean", so when you bend down you don't feel exposed in the rear. I lived in these jeans last fall/winter and am excited to add this fresh color to my wardrobe! Don't get me wrong, I'll also be sporting the Fidelity cargos as well, but the Stevie should be a staple in everyone's closet!

SO, one of my favorite things to wear during the summer is a great pair of white jeans. We have so many cute tops in store right now that would look great paired with white denim and I have been surprised at the women who say they are scared to wear white jeans!! Fear No More Ladies!!! It is all about finding the right fit for you! We just got in our white 7's - I love them and can't wait to wear mine (after Easter, of course!)
